You have two main options:
Pay the charge: If paid within 14 days of the issue date, the charge is reduced to £60. After 14 days, the full amount of £100 is payable.
Appeal the charge: You can submit an appeal via our website. Please ensure you provide your full name, a serviceable address, and a correctly typed email address. We recommend adding our domain to your "safe senders" list to ensure our response doesn't go to your spam folder. Note: If you choose to ignore the parking charge, additional debt recovery costs may be incurred.
PCNs are issued for a breach of the terms and conditions clearly displayed on the site signage. The specific reason for your PCN (e.g., "No valid permit" or "Overstay") is stated on the notice itself.
As we receive registered keeper details directly from the DVLA, you were listed as the keeper at the time of the event. If you have sold the vehicle, you must appeal the ticket and provide supporting evidence (such as a bill of sale and DVLA confirmation). We also recommend contacting the DVLA to ensure their records are updated, as the seller is legally required to notify them of a change in ownership.
The Registered Keeper can transfer liability to the driver if this is done within the permitted timeframe and the details are provided in accordance with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. Please provide the driver’s full name and address via our appeals portal. Supporting documentation may be requested.
If you are unsure whether you should pay or appeal your parking charge, you can get free, independent advice and guidance from www.247advice.co.uk. Their step-by-step guides and chatbot can help you understand your rights and the next steps to take.
Appeals must be made in writing. We strongly recommend clicking here to appeal online for a faster response and to avoid postal delays. If you require a response by post, please state this clearly in your appeal.
Appeals cannot be handled over the phone.
If your appeal is unsuccessful, we will provide you with details on how to escalate your case to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). This is a free, independent service for motorists.
If you have missed your time to appeal and you have a valid reason, you can request for a non standard appeal to be submitted, this must be requested directly with us and if this is accepted, you will pay a one off fee of £15 to the IAS to submit your appeal.
Please note this is at our discretion and can only be done within 7 days after your expired timeframe.
Blue Badge concessions (such as the 3-hour rule or parking on yellow lines) do not apply on private land. You must adhere to the specific terms and conditions displayed on the site signs. You can find more information on the Government’s Blue Badge Rights & Responsibilities page.
Please submit an appeal through our portal and provide supporting documentation, such as a recovery receipt from a recognised breakdown service (AA, RAC, etc.) and/or a dated garage repair invoice.
In accordance to the terms of the Permit is that permit must be displayed in the front windscreen of the vehicle so that all the details (including the Hologram) on the face can be read from the outside of the vehicle. Please take precautions to secure the permit in the future.
Please submit an appeal and explain the circumstances and provide images of the front and back of your permit.
No, once payment has been made for your parking charge, liability has been accepted, and the case is now closed.
If the charge remains unpaid, it may increase to £170 to cover debt recovery costs. Continued non-payment may result in court action. If a County Court Judgment (CCJ) is awarded against you, it can significantly affect your credit rating for up to 6 years.
